Agreement to terms

By using IdioTool ("the site," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we provide

IdioTool provides free, browser-based tools for tasks like editing PDFs, images, and text. All processing happens locally in your browser — we do not receive, store, or have access to the files you use with our tools.

"As is," no warranty

IdioTool is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. You use these tools at your own risk.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the files and content you process using IdioTool, and for complying with any laws that apply to that content in your jurisdiction. Don't use IdioTool to process content you don't have the legal right to handle, or for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IdioTool and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including data loss — arising from your use of the site or its tools.

Availability and changes

We may add, remove, or modify tools, or suspend the site entirely, at any time without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
